STC's solid rocket motors are designed for simplicity and reliability.  A new company in the market, STC is now identifying its customer base.  STC expects to sell motors to high-power amateur rocketry groups and professional/commercial ventures.  Rocket-assisted takeoff customers are another possibility.  STC expects to sell motors to in-state and out of state USA customers, and to international customers (some regulatory work with ITAR will be needed, but STC specializes in working well with US regulatory bodies).

To provide a basis for estimating cost: the approximate raw material/component cost for a single 12-inch diameter rocket motor is around $7,000 (economy of scale would bring this number down some).  The raw cost of a 4-inch diameter motor is around $500.  Labor, tooling and custom engineering will add to raw costs.
